Heritage Global Construction Services (HGCS) specializes in government and commercial services within the design build and fabrication industry, including: green field projects, office design solutions, renovation/tenant improvement, retrofitting of industrial assembly lines, with an emphasis on the mechanical, electrical and structural services. Heritage manages every stage of the design build process utilizing our own staff and corporate resources, along with the use our Mentoring Partners’ staff and corporate resources.
HGCS works with the prime contractors to manage the skilled labor and project managers on a variety of projects. We provide the day to day management of the labor and allow the Prime to focus on the project. Heritage also specializes in office design solutions, where we will create and provide the most functional, adaptable, and attractive workspace possible.
